SHIPPING POLICY

All orders made before 1pm will be posted same day by recorded mail. Orders after will be posted following day. Orders placed on Saturday after 1pm will be posted Monday morning.

 If you would like a shipping number, let us know and we'll provide one.
We currently ship to UK and EU countries, any shipping to countries other than these needs to contact in advance for prices and shipping times.
We are not responsible for any issues with timing of shipping that is the fault of the couriers.
Any damage to an items packaging MUST be reported immediately upon receipt so we can advise courier in case of damage to goods.
If goods have not arrived in stated time, please contact us and we will chase with courier  on your behalf.

All deliveries will be attempted by the chosen postage type, if not possible, Xyon will post by an alternative and comparable postal service.
