
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns are accepted within 14 days of sale date.
Due to the nature of the products and the potential for cross infection, all items must be returned undamaged and unopened. Any opened product cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
All items must be undamaged and will be quality checked upon return for any damage to the item after receipt by customer. If the items are in any way damaged or used by the client prior to return, the return will not be accepted and the customer will be billed for return postage.
All returns will comply with UK consumer rights act, as quoted on their site.

All refunds will be paid in the same manner as customer payment.
